1. Roles
For customer advertising traffic data, the customer generally determines purposes and means and Clickronix processes data on documented instructions. Clickronix may act as controller for account administration, security, billing and legal compliance.
2. Instructions and purpose limitation
Clickronix processes customer data to provide, secure, support and improve the contracted service, and not for unrelated advertising or sale.
3. Confidentiality
Personnel and contractors with access are subject to confidentiality and role-based access requirements.
4. Security measures
Measures include encryption in transit, protected credentials, access controls, audit logging, backups, vulnerability management, network protections, tenant separation and incident procedures appropriate to risk.
5. Subprocessors
Clickronix may use subprocessors for infrastructure and service operations. Current categories are listed on the Subprocessors page. Contractual safeguards are required.
6. International transfers
Where required, Clickronix uses recognized transfer mechanisms and supplementary safeguards.
7. Assistance
Taking account of the service and available information, Clickronix supports customers with eligible rights requests, security inquiries, impact assessments and regulator consultations.
8. Incidents
Clickronix will notify affected customers of confirmed personal-data breaches as required by applicable law and contract.
9. Return and deletion
At termination or verified request, eligible customer data is deleted or returned according to product controls, backup cycles, legal obligations and the Data Retention Policy.
10. Audit information
Clickronix may provide reasonable documentation about security and processing practices. Any formal audit rights depend on the signed customer agreement.
