Account and business information; support communications; billing status from payment providers; IP address, country, ISP, ASN, browser, operating system, device type, user agent, timestamps, click IDs, session information, campaign context, risk scores, and configured conversion or engagement events; security and audit logs; and Google API data described below.
When a user connects a Google account, Clickronix accesses only the scopes displayed during OAuth authorization. Data is used to provide prominent account connection, campaign reporting, traffic-quality analytics, and user-configured protection features. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
To provide and secure the service; authenticate users; analyze advertising traffic quality; identify suspicious activity; associate events with authorized campaigns; produce reports; apply user-configured rules; provide support; prevent abuse; comply with law; and improve product reliability.
Where applicable, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, or the customer’s instructions as controller.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may use contracted subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, communications, support, analytics, and security. We may disclose data when legally required, during a corporate transaction subject to safeguards, or with user consent.
Advertising click data is generally retained for up to 90 days unless the customer configures a shorter period or a longer period is required for an active investigation. Security and audit logs may be retained for up to 12 months. Account and billing records are retained while the account is active and as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, secure authentication, least-privilege practices, logging, backups, network protections, and vulnerability management. No method is completely secure.
Users may access, correct, export, disconnect, or request deletion of eligible data. Privacy rights depend on location. Requests can be sent to support@clickronix.com. We may verify identity and authority before acting.
