Clickronix Terms of Service

1. Agreement and authority

By using Clickronix, you accept these Terms and confirm you have authority to act for the organization and advertising accounts you connect.

2. Service

Clickronix provides traffic-quality monitoring, suspicious click analysis, IP intelligence, reporting, rules, integrations, and related protection workflows. Features and limits may vary by plan.

3. No guaranteed detection or outcome

Clickronix does not guarantee detection or blocking of every invalid interaction, a reduction in spend, improved performance, a platform refund or credit, or any particular business result. Scores and flags are decision-support signals.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate registration information, credentials, authorized users, connected accounts, and activities under your workspace. Notify support of suspected compromise.

5. Authorized integrations

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Third-party access is subject to the provider’s terms. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You must not generate or facilitate fake clicks; manipulate advertising traffic, auctions or conversions; use Clickronix to deceive platforms; access unauthorized data; introduce malware; evade security; reverse engineer except where law permits; or misrepresent Clickronix findings as definitive proof.

7. Tracking implementation

You are responsible for lawful notice, consent, and configuration of tracking on your properties. You must not use the service to collect prohibited or sensitive information not supported by Clickronix.

8. Fees, trials and renewal

Current prices, usage limits, trial terms, billing intervals, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are shown at signup or in the applicable order. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees already incurred are non-refundable.

9. Customer data

Customers retain rights in submitted data. They grant Clickronix the limited rights needed to operate, secure and support the service. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Policy.

10. Intellectual property

Clickronix LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software, brand, documentation, models, interfaces and service improvements. No ownership transfers except as expressly stated.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public business, technical and security information with reasonable care and use it only for the relationship.

12. Suspension and termination

Clickronix may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, misuse or material breach. Users may cancel according to plan controls. Relevant terms survive termination.

13. Third-party services

Clickronix is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account decisions, advertising credits, or acts outside Clickronix’s control.

14. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated. Liability exclusions and caps apply to the extent enforceable; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
